I assume, meaning to or not, you've already heard about this morning's announcement for POKEMON X AND Y.

The most fun at this junction is imagining what the starters will turn into. Froakie's a widespread favorite with its tiny mustache and cloud/bubbles. Here are my speculations:

HITTIT, Water/Fighting
and
RIBELIER, Water/Flying

The bottom one should be cannon. And that should deffinitely be the picture displayed in the pokedex, too. That face means serious business
